
Terms and Conditions
​As a business there isn’t much more we can do to remind you off your next appointment, we often write appointments down, watch you add them to your diary whilst at the desk and then we send a text reminder.
The salon has a high demand for hair and beauty appointments and also has a list of clients ‘on standby’ waiting for cancellations. These cancelled appointments cannot be filled at the last minute.
Please be kind enough to inform the salon as soon as possible if you are unable to attend an appointment. When your reminder text is received we would appreciate a call straight away if you know you are unable to attend, please don’t leave it to the day (or even worse) an hour before to cancel your appointment. If the salon is closed, please email us at info@salon167.co.uk or simply DM us on our social media.
Non attendance or late cancellations affects our staff members earning capacity as it does not allow them time to fill the cancelled appointments.
Do not be offended if we will only secure your future bookings with deposits. All deposits are non-refundable when not following our 48 hour cancellation policy.
