I started my career in the hairdressing world back in 2004 as a salon manager. The experience and knowledge I gained gave me the confidence for the next career step and became Business Development Manager for the Lookfantastic brand overseeing 16 salons including our sister salon 167 Crayford.

Having worked alongside Hannah salon owner at 167 Crayford for over several years the time had come for the next new challenge.  In 2018 we opened Salon167 David Lloyd where I have been able to grow my passion not just for hairdressing but also starting Clinic 167 with Rosie where we offer beauty, aesthetics and wellbeing treatments.  I keep my fingers on the pulse for the latest developments in the beauty world. I am often found trialling the latest products and equipment out there to bring just the best to our clients.

I love my job building an amazing team, meeting new clients and catching up with our loyal clients that have become good friends. Seeing clients leave happy and full of confidence is everything to me.
