She has quickly excelled in hairdressing, building a strong client base at Salon167 while completing her Advanced NVQ3. She is kind, caring, and deeply passionate about every aspect of hairdressing, Phoebe comes from a family background in the industry, so it’s safe to say hairdressing runs in her veins.
