Due to the high volume of non attendance and last minute cancellations we have been forced to review our booking policy.
ALL NEW BOOKINGS:-
* All hair and beauty services will require a 50% deposit.
* All hair/beauty services 50% of your booking will be taken when cancelling, or added to your next bill.
These deposits are refundable against your bill and will be refundable if 48hrs notice is received.
We will be unable to refund or transfer deposits if appointments are not cancelled 48hrs prior to appointment time.
The salon has a high demand for hair and beauty appointments and also has a list of clients 'on standby' waiting for cancellations. These cancelled appointments cannot be filled at the last minute.
Please be kind enough to inform the salon as soon as possible if you are unable to attend an appointment. When your reminder text is received we would appreciate a call straight away if you know you are unable to attend, please don't leave it to the day (or even worse) an hour before to cancel your appointment. Non attendance or late cancellations affects our staff members earning capacity as it does not allow them time to fill the cancelled appointments.
